عبد الصمد النعاس مطرب ليبي بدأ نشاطه الفني من خلال الفعاليات المدرسية والفنون الشعبية، ثم برنامج "ركن الهواة" الذي كان يقدمه الفنان الراحل كاظم نديم في الإذاعة، واعتُمد مطربًا رسميًا سنة 1985. تعاون مع عدد من شعراء وملحني الأغنية الليبية، ومن أبرز أعماله أغنية "عاشق دفا لياليهم" التي قدّمها ضمن فعاليات "الخيمة الغنائية". ابتعد عن الساحة الفنية لفترة قبل أن يعود بعمل وطني دعمًا للشعب الفلسطيني.

Abdulsamad Naas is a Libyan singer who began his artistic activity through school events and folk arts, then the radio talent show "Rukn al-Huwah" hosted by the late artist Kadhim Nadim, and was officially certified as a singer in 1985. He worked with several Libyan song poets and composers, and his best known work is the song "Ashiq Dafa Layalihim", performed as part of the "Al-Khayma Al-Ghinaiyya" festival. He stepped back from the arts scene for a period before returning with a patriotic song in support of the Palestinian people.
