أحمد النويري

أحمد محمد النويري، من مواليد عام 1937 بمنطقة العسة غربي ليبيا، كاتب وأديب وفنان شعبي ليبي. عمل في المجال الإعلامي منذ عام 1960 وقدّم برامج إذاعية وتلفزيونية عديدة عن التراث الشعبي مثل "فنون الشعب" و"حديث الناس"، وكتب مئات الأغاني والأناشيد إضافة إلى عشرة مؤلفات في التراث والشعر الشعبي الليبي. حصل على جائزة الدولة التقديرية في الأدب والفنون عام 2009.

Ahmed Mohamed al-Nwairi was born in 1937 in the al-Assa area of western Libya. He was a Libyan writer, man of letters and folk artist. He worked in media from 1960 onward, presenting numerous radio and television programs on folk heritage such as "Funun al-Shaab" and "Hadith al-Nas", and wrote hundreds of songs and anthems as well as ten works on Libyan folk heritage and poetry. He received the State Appreciation Award for Literature and Arts in 2009.
