Libya
Al-Sharif Mohamed Al-Sharif is a Libyan composer known professionally as Sharif Mohamed. He has composed for many Libyan artists as well as the Tunisian singer Dhikra Mohamed and the Egyptian singer Ehab Tawfik, and his best known popular melody is the song "Fi al-Zain Nasib". His work with Dhikra Mohamed includes "Ma Tahzani Ya Quds", released in February 2001, and he co-composed the operetta "Al-Salsabil", written by the poet Ali Al-Kilani, alongside composer Ibrahim Fahmy. In March 2022 he took part in a panel on Libyan music organised by the Libyan Institute for Advanced Studies in Benghazi.
الشريف محمد الشريف ملحن موسيقي ليبي، عُرف في الأوساط الفنية باسم الشريف محمد. لحّن لعدد كبير من الفنانين الليبيين وللمطربة التونسية ذكرى محمد وللمطرب المصري إيهاب توفيق، ومن أشهر ألحانه الشعبية أغنية في الزين نصيب. من أعماله مع ذكرى محمد أغنية ما تحزني يا قدس التي طُرحت في فبراير 2001، كما شارك في تلحين أوبريت السلسبيل من كلمات الشاعر علي الكيلاني إلى جانب الملحن إبراهيم فهمي. شارك في مارس 2022 في جلسة حوارية عن الموسيقى الليبية نظمها مجمع ليبيا للدراسات المتقدمة في بنغازي.
